1. Detection Range
Over 1000 types of narcotics and substances, including various traditional drugs,fentanyl and its analogues, over a thousand new psychoactive substances (NPS), precursor chemicals, and controlled psychiatric medications. It has helpedcustoms authorities across the country in seizing prohibited items such as cannabis cookies, drug-laced stamps, and ephedrine weight loss drugs.
2. Detection Technology
On-site mass spectrometry rapid detection, identifying the nature of drugs within 10 seconds. Mass spectrometry detection technology is the gold standard for chemical analysis based on the mass-to-charge ratio of the substance, offering excellent accuracy (accuracy ≥ 99.9%) and efficiency (detection time ≤ 10 seconds). During operation, suspicious items are wiped with a swab, which is then automatically tested after insertion into the device. The entire process requires no pretreatment or the use of expensive materials such as gases and solvents, and the testing can be completed in a matter of seconds.
3. Applications
Suzhou Weimu has carriedout nearly a hundred on-site detection services for inbound parcels in customsoffices across the country, assisting customs authorities in swiftly detecting various drugs, illegal substances, and prohibited pharmaceuticals in inbound goods.
